Each piece in my shop is created with care — whether it’s made by hand in my studio or printed just for you through a trusted print-on-demand partner.
Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)
All print-on-demand products are made to order, which means I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a printing defect.
If that’s the case, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so I can make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
Handmade Shadowboxes
Your shadowbox art is one-of-a-kind and personally packaged with love. I want you to be completely happy with it.
If your piece arrives damaged or you're genuinely unsatisfied, please reach out to soheilasart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We can discuss an exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
📦 Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds on these items. If you have trouble accessing your files or need help, please reach out and I’ll gladly assist.
